These worked perfectly for some scrap busting. The purses came out beautiful. The hinges are not too tight or loose. They were easy to center and hand sew.

I bought these to make some coin purses and they turned out amazing. The quality of the clasps are great and are very easy to work with. I used these on different mediums (faux leather, yarn, and chainmail) and they look and work great with all of them. Will buy again if I decide to make more coin purses.

They are about 3" long, perfect for coin purses. They are a little snug at first but after opening/closing a few times they are an appropriate amount of snug. I use them with 6mm beads, could probably be okay for up to 8mm beads to make the bag if that's what you're looking for. They have small notches for chains, so large straps/hooks will not fit. They look good and feel sufficiently heavy without breaking your arm.

I made my first crocheted purse with one of these clasps. I was able see the purse to the clasp easily due to the holes in the clasp. The only thing that kept me from 5 stars was the tightness of the clasp. It took several tries to get it to open. I worked it for awhile to loosen it so that it opened more easily .

I finally found a great crochet coin purse pattern that is easy! These frames are very sturdy and and are very attractive. These coin purses will make a great Christmas gift.
