These electrolyte packets have become my go-to for workouts and hot days. The flavor is fresh and not overly sweet, and I appreciate that they’re low in sugar compared to many sports drinks. I drink a lot of water and flush the electrolytes from my system, then I get dizzy. Added one of these to my daily water and it really helps. Great flavor, husband says they are to salty for him, but I don't notice it.

If you love cucumber and lime them this is amazing. I love the taste and exceptional quality. The ingredients are perfect snd keeps me hydrated. Unlike other hydration drinks this has coconut powder and it really helps keeping you replenished. Great value for each box.

I love this stuff, tastes amazing and I buy a 15 pack each week. I have noticed that the taste is sometimes inconsistent. One packet will be perfect and the next will be so sweet with no actual flavor.. just artificial sugar. I think the company needs to fix the taste inconsistency, it’s really annoying to get a mouth full of artifical sweetener.. just my two cents. Do not do the subscribe and save! Amazon either runs out or it’s several days late. I have a condition where I need constant electrolytes and this is the only one I can stand.. yet Amazon can never have it to me on time.

Put these in my hospital bag for having a baby and these were super easy to grab and mix into some water to stay fully hydrated. When mixed comes out clear and has good flavor, would absolutely purchase again!

These have such a strong flavor! If you love a strong flavor, go for these. I could've easily put half a packet in a bottle of water and it would've been plenty of flavor. The powerful flavor is just too much for me. I love that they have hydration and caffeine, but I can't do the flavor. :(

Taste a little bit intense and salty but it felt good drinking something where I knew their electrolytes are gonna be replaced. Make sure you read the label first
