i get chronic migraines, and have trouble sleeping, so this thing is a lifesaver. it works great without, but i stuck this in the fridge and it stayed cold for a pretty impressive amount of time. it’s not as tight as i thought it would be, but for people that don’t like too much compression it’s perfect. it’s soft, stays in place, and keeps light out. it’s a little heavy. retains its cooling factor for a good bit. i’ll be getting some for the rest of my friends who get migraines as well

Really nice stay in place

I don’t know if the doctor intended this particular brand, but he described it and it’s amazing. He only takes a couple of hours to get it nice and cold. And frankly, after my eye surgery was complete, which is why I was using it, I have used it to wrap around other areas of sprains and things that I want the swelling to go down. It’s very soft. I would recommend this product.

I bought this for my husband and I used it too. It feels good and works nicely but it doesn’t stay cold for long, especially during the summer. It’s light, doesn’t smell bad, seems durable, feels fine against your face (I have sensitive skin) and doesn’t constrict you. It doesn’t press against you, so you don’t smush your head.

This is a wonderful mask for sinus headaches. Soft and comfortable.

I feel migraine sometimes and this is my saver. It fit perfect in my head so good coverage. No smells, ot gets really cold which is what I need for my pain relief and do not weight much so it is perfect. Lasting long.

I placed this cap in the fridge till I would need it. Woke up with a migraine one morning and grabbed the cap. The initial feeling was great and I had high hopes for it. But sadly the coolness does not last long. However, the slight compression over the eyes did still helps just wished the coolness could last longer. I didn't return it and will still use it for when I need complete darkness and compression over my eyes.

I have a household of people who suffer from migraines and other types of headaches. Everybody loves this product! It isn't good solution those with lots of hair (like thick, curly hair) because the cold doesn't penetrate the hair before getting too cold on the face. This cap is heavy, thick, and very comforting.
