There are better Pilates Rings available. The tension is not very strong so I am giving it just 2 stars. Found one called Steltus (sold in Intersport, France) which is far better. important to know if buying from Ireland that you have to pay postage if returning it as it is from N. Ireland.

Este anillo de pilates en general me ha gustado. De tamaño está bien y tiene la suficiente resistencia para poder trabajar bien los músculos de las piernas y brazos. Con este tipo de resistencia se consiguen mejores resultados y una intensificación del ejercicio.Sabiendo los tipos de ejercicios y cómo se tienen que hacer, se puede llegar a conseguir muy buen trabajo muscular de equilibrio y de fortaleza. La verdad es que hay ejercicios para casi todas las partes del cuerpo ( suelo pélvico, piernas, brazos, abdomen....)En los laterales lleva un acolchado de espuma y es bastante cómodo de apretar.Me ha gustado, LA MEDIDA ES ADECUADA Y EL ACOLCHADO ES COMODO.Espero que esta reseña haya resultado Útil 👍
