DESTEK QH3 Head Strap for Pressure-Free Comfort Compatible with Meta Quest 3S/Quest 3 - Increases Ease with Added Top-Fit Adjustment - Balances Weight at 3 Angles

I recently upgraded to a new VR head strap for my headset, and the difference has been phenomenal. Here's a breakdown of my experience with this product: Ease of Installation: Assembling the new head strap onto my VR headset was incredibly easy. It was simply a matter of pulling off the stock head strap and pushing the new one onto the headset’s arms. The entire process took just a few minutes, and I was ready to dive back into VR. Ergonomics: This head strap is a significant improvement over the stock strap. The ergonomic design ensures that the weight of the headset is evenly distributed across your head, reducing pressure points and preventing discomfort during extended use. Adjustability: The plastic straps are easily adjustable by turning the knobs, allowing for a perfect fit regardless of head size. This feature is particularly useful for quick adjustments when switching between different users. Memory Foam Cushions: The plentiful memory foam cushions ensure that the hard plastic parts are not uncomfortable. The foam molds to your head, providing a snug yet comfortable fit, which enhances the overall VR experience. Enhanced Experience: Compared to the stock head strap, this new strap provides an amazing experience. The comfort and support it offers make long gaming sessions more enjoyable and less tiring. I no longer experience the discomfort and strain that I did with the original head strap. Pros: Easy to assemble and install Highly comfortable with ergonomic design Easily adjustable with convenient knobs Memory foam cushions provide excellent comfort Cons: None noted from my experience In conclusion, this VR head strap is a must-have upgrade for anyone looking to enhance their VR experience. The combination of easy assembly, exceptional comfort, and ergonomic design makes it a standout product. If you're still using the stock head strap, I highly recommend making the switch—you won't regret it.

I like the way this 'strap' is very easy to fit to my Quest 3. I was sceptical before purchase and wondered about additional weight. When fitted and adjusted correctly the weight 'disappears' and the Quest 3 becomes much more comfy to wear. I had tried watching a film [Netflix via Quest 3 internet browser] with just the standard strap but found this quite uncomfortable over the time length of the film. With this DESTEK QH3 Pressure-Free strap it was easy to watch a two hour [approx] film. The comfort comes, not only due to the multipart support, from the easy adjustment of parts and comfort enhancing 'cushioning'. I also found that, if needed, I could wear my spectacles easier when using this strap - your experience may vary. I also use a power bank for extended 'battery life' and this is in a holder that I can clip to my belt. Furthermore, I found that, if wanted, the battery holder clips to this strap very well, although this can be a little uncomfy - I must stress this is a personal choice and not a design feature of or problem with the strap. This strap does not block the USB-C or headphone input [or other parts] of the Quest 3. I highly recommend this DESTEK QH3 Pressure-Free strap.

Let me go straight to the point. This head strap is very comfortable, the padding is soft, and thick and hugs your head nicely. There are no rough edges or plastic parts that dig into your skull. You can tilt the back part upwards to take your whole headset off your head easily. Instruction on how to remove the old, and how to install a new head strap is simple and easy to follow. The best part of this head strap is that the shape of the straps on the side allows me to wear my own wireless headphones with it, and enjoy 7.1 Dolby instead of the crappy stereo provided by the headset itself. I recommend it for Quest 3 users and PC gamers.

I've been using this strap daily for long work sessions (8–10 hours) with my Meta Quest 3. Overall, it’s a solid improvement over the stock strap — the clamping effect is much reduced, and once properly adjusted, it feels quite stable and comfortable for shorter sessions. That said, after several hours of continuous use, I still notice some pressure on the face, especially around the nose and upper lip area. In my case, this eventually causes mild muscle spasms after very long periods in VR. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s worth mentioning if you plan to use your Quest for productivity or other all-day scenarios. It takes a bit of trial and error to get the fit just right, but once you find it, it stays secure and distributes weight better than the original strap. For casual or moderate use, it’s a great value upgrade — just be aware that for marathon sessions, you might still feel some front pressure.

Firstly, this set is so much better than the original one and far more comfortable. It's very easy to attach, and once you put it on your head, adjusting it is effortless. Switching the Meta Quest 3 between my wife and kids is now much easier because it only takes seconds to adjust to different head sizes. You can check my video to see how to remove the original head strap and attach this one. This should definitely be your first purchase after buying the Meta Quest 3. The only thing as a negative that i forgot to mention is that if you want to watch something while you are lying down it will be really really uncomfortable.

I really like the weight distribution and the comfort of this setup. Excellent padding and positioning. Forget batteries strapped to the back of the head. No one wants a squished or dented head. The adjustable top strap isn't just for show, it's aid in weight distribution really counts towards an affordable, good quality and above all comfortable strap.

A perfect fit, fully adjustable and much more comfortable than the original straps supplied with the headset.

Read lots of reviews which suggested this was a great strap. It’s fine but nothing special. Does a reasonable job of holding the Quest 3 in front of your eyes rather than having it strapped forcibly to your face. The curve of the pleather pads is quite severe so these tend to just have the short edges pressing on my head rather the whole pad making contact. It does add a lot of height to the top once you account for the pad, the block the pad is mounted to, the strap, and the adjustment knob. In the room I tend to use the Quest in this hits the ceiling light fixture if I walk under it. Overall it’s fine, a solid 3 stars. Does the job, reasonably comfortable. I feel I paid a fair price for it. But I am looking around for something nicer and generally better.

Obiettivamente migliore in ogni aspetto rispetto allo strap originale.

It states that it is compatible with Quest 2, but it definitely is not. It is strictly for Quest 3. How could anyone get the title wrong is beyond me...
