WASTE OF MONEY
I know it is a cheap laptop and my expectations were low. I ordered for the purpose of looking at service manuals and nothing else. Upon initial startup took several tries to get through. Would ask several questions and track pad was unresponsive, if you clicked too much it would reboot and start over asking the region and language. Once I finally go started which took way too long found trackpad to still be unresponsive and again the entire machine would lock up and need to be restarted if I clicked too much too fast. I had for less than 24 hours and requested a refund. Maybe a bad apple but it is not worth even the small price tag

Great laptop
Perfect for what I needed a laptop for. But, like all other reviews does not have lots of storage. You can buy external storage to help or store documents in your one drive which is what I do and that has helped. I still give 5 stars because I really the laptop and will purchase 2 more for my girls. I think the price is just right.

Works pretty well for what I’m using it for
I work as a medical biller and I work from home two days a week and have to remote in. This laptop does the job but is definitely not as good as my old MacBook. This will sometimes freeze out of no where and most annoying thing is that it disconnects from wifi super easily. And it’s the only device I have that has this many connection issues. It’s a fine computer but I’d advise this to be like someone’s first laptop rather than one you work on seriously

Considering how quickly computers become obsolete, this is an inexpensive nice laptop that serves my purpose of communication, documenting meeting minutes & playing games. Is not touch screen.
