Best file for Gumbo hands down
This is one of the hardest spices to find for Gumbo and traditional Louisiana style seafood prep. Worth every red cent, my wife does not make gumbo all that often but she had a hard time finding this item, the difference is mind blowing when using this file in a nice large pot of gumbo.

This adds the flavor and thickening that I was looking for. So much better than corn starch for making an authentic creole gumbo. Not cheap, but impossible to find elsewhere.
