Great little changes plates. I got the 1.25s and they are perfect for squeezing out just a little bit more in heavy lifts. They were ready to go as soon as I got them, no smell or oily feeling. The rubber coating is consistent and applied evenly. Really good deal for going after that extra effort. Easily slide onto bar and get to work.

Great addition to my home gym plate collection! As a senior female athlete, I can't always bump up my reps by 5 pounds at a time. These 1.25 LB plates are PERFECT to keep me on track to increase my strength. LOVE these! I have dropped them several times without any damage, so rock on - I LOVE these and use them at almost every lift.

Began with two of these plates, but added two more as it gives me more flexibility in my workouts. As I age, I find that these small increases in resistance help me both physically and psychologically towards consistently making progress. Very well made. Easy ‘on’ and ‘off’. Only ‘critique’ is that white color shows scuffs more readily…it that’s a consideration for you.
