Miracle Sealants 511 Impregnator Advanced Penetrating Sealer for Countertops, Stone, Tile & Grout, Pint

I tried this as was recommended for use on a white Fragranite sink which I had "damaged" by cleaning with bleach. The bleach left the surface porous and prone to staining easily. I cleaned the sink and simply followed the 511 instructions, but dried the second coat with a hairdryer in the hope of speeding up the process. The net result is a sink which now beads the water and appears to be sealed and stain resistant. Very pleased with the result.

Wow, I followed the instructions and applied a coat of this sealer to a brand new marble chopping/pastry board, I let it completely dry and then added a second coat. After it had dried again, I poured a little water onto the marble, it was sealed completely. Marble is very porous and without sealing will absorb most liquids and leave behind an unwanted stain, now I am confident as can be that any spillages will just sit on top and wipe away with ease. I am more than happy to fully recommend this sealer to anyone that needs to seal pretty much anything.

Used to waterproof the cement grout in our shower. In hindsight I should have used epoxy grout but the mrs wanted the colour matched grout with the tiles. It’s easy to apply, I used a paint brush and liberally put it on all the grout joints. When you dry it off with a microfibre cloth you can’t really wash it out, so end up throwing away the cloth after you’re done, but this isn’t the end of the world. It stops the grout from chasing colour from splashes from the shower so I have to assume it’s working. Straight after use you can see the water beading up on the tiles, but this washes off after a few days. The grout will have absorbed it so should last much longer as it’s not just a surface coating. I’m expecting to have to apply it every 6 months or so to keep up the waterproofing. Bottle allowed me to cover all the tiles in the photo with a generous amount, twice over. Bath is 170cm long.

Yes it works well just be careful and clean, clean clean or residuals on tiles will show, especially on Matt finish tiles, dries clear but glossy finish

Not that good at sealing still absorbs water. Do these products really work I don’t think so

I was looking for a natural stone sealant and this one worked perfectly. Doesn’t change the colour of the stone when dried. There was no next day delivery, but I could wait

My granite kitchen countertops were absorbing liquids and becoming stained sometimes. They have become 100% waterproof after using this product.

I used the spray but wasn't happy, so I bought the liquid and 2 coats later and 3 drying days great stuff.

One word.. it’s the best sealant. I have tested and tried this product in my laundry floor and bathroom tiles.
