I ordered two of these trays for table service in my pub. Unfortunately one arrived broken and not fit for use. I contacted the seller and was extremely impressed with their quick response. I submitted photos of the damaged item and received a replacement within 2 working days. Excellent service, good quality and very courteous and prompt communication. I cannot recommend highly enough for the price.

Not using as a tray but as a lid and it’s fur for that purpose as well as a backup tray if required

Arrived late (despite me paying extra for 48 hr delivery) and it is poorly/unfinished. Due to late delivery, I had to buy an alternative and due to the poor/incomplete finish, this will be consigned to keeping plants on! Poor show, I don't see why I should have to trouble myself with sending this back for a replacement, I always vote with my feet. It's not good enough for vendors like this to say, "but you didn't give us a chance to fix it", your stuff arrived too late, (I had to buy another from elsewhere), it isn't finished and you shouldn't have sent out stuff like this in the first place. It's easy to check if you have the systems in place, i.e. look at it before you post it. Poor.
