Be prepared to get the perfect gift!
This is great for a Secret Santa. It really allows you to purchase what a person needs/wants and make a personalized gift basket for anyone. We used it for both sides of the family and it was definitely worth having!

Great for family exchange!
I have used this for the last two years with my family for our gift exchange. The form does a great job of outlining everyone’s wants and makes for a fun exchange!

Secret Santa notepad
Look at the size demensions. I purchased based on item photo of the person sitting at a table and the sheet looked bigger. Didn’t pay attention to the dimension sizing. Comes in a note pad. Very cute presentation and will fit in standard envelope. Secret Santa options listed are great!

Great for getting to know someone gift preference/things that they like
This was a great product for secret Santa my job currently has 10 to 12 employees and it's hard to know what each person likes. so it helps if you have to purchase a gift for someone to know some things they would like
