My son loved his suitcase and we used it for two trips. We purchased this in July and it didn’t survive even a year. On the second trip it came in broken. This is not a cheap suitcase so we did expect it to be durable. Cheap plastic is notworth the money spent. Think twice before you purchase it.UPDATE: the seller contacted us to address the issue. I really appreciate a great customer service experience, support and effort to fix the problem. We received a new luggage peace instead of the broken one quickly. My son really loved his Spider-Man suitcase and we decided to give another try to this brand instead of taking a refund. It looks great and we hope that it will last for a while. We are ready for another adventure. I have changed my rating to five stars for the company’s effort, willingness to help and for a great customer service and prompt shipping. The product does look good but I will update on wear later. Thank you!

Kids love it and made the trip perfect

I got this for my granddaughter, she loves it. Well make. It has been a year, ,and she has used it a lot. It is holding up great, no problems or complaints would definitely buy again.

My son who loves SpongeBob was so excited to receive his suitcase. We just took it with us on vacation and got so many compliments. It is very durable. It makes a great carry-on suitcase with flying.

Looks super cute minus all the plastic that I couldn’t get off. I spent over an hour trying to get off the plastic and then said forget it! This thing is extremely small. I could barely get one weeks worth of clothes in this thing for my little one. The zipper seems very sketchy. This is the first time using it and I am just praying it will last the trip. It seems to roll well, but it is definitely not worth the money. It seems very poorly made unfortunately. Cute looking though.

Updated 2/22/21 I had to come back and correct the review below that I left. First off the picture and issue with the scarring up was my mistake. The luggage has a plastic film you are supposed to take off, once I realized it and took it off the exterior finish quality is great. We used it for a short trip and it held plenty of clothing for two people for a one night stay with no problem. It is small and the padding still could be improved on the inside but we are satisfied with it. Older submission : Don’t buy this if your interested in a quality luggage for use. If your interested in something cute for a Potter fan it’s excellent looks very cool. But again it is poor quality that scars very easily, in fact it came scarred up.When you open it up you fee the handle as it has terrible padding inside.I would not recommend at all

Ordered this suitcase for my sons holiday to Disneyland Paris paid the asking price as it looked of good quality online pictures but after receiving drl*very and opened up instantly could see how flimsy the hard shell really was and don’t think it will last more than a years use not completely disappointed but thought it could of been better for price paid
