Wagner Spraytech Control Spray QX2 HVLP Stain Sprayer, 3 Spray Patterns

Outstanding sprayer. We used it for 4 hours straight, and it never stopped for anything except canister refills. We used thick black paint from HD, and it never gummed up or overheated. I keep all my tools clean, so I was surprised how well the sprayer cleaned up with just water and some sponge rubbing. The paint canister doesn't hold a whole lot but if it did you would get tired. It's easy to refill. The latex paint doesn't really stick to the tool, so you can make a mess and have a good clean up. The spray width might not be exactly 10 or 12 inches for what we did, wood lattice, but about 5 or 6 inches, and the sprayer gets all the lattice edges real well. So worth the price.

Love my paint/stain sprayer. 2 decks and a porch completed in 3 days with dry time. Easy cleanup with soap and water

Trusting Wagner, I bought this spray gun without hesitation, but it disappointed me. First, the workmanship is rough, with many gaps. Second, it's very noisy. Most importantly, it canot spray a fine, even coat of paint; instead, it splatters paint everywhere.

Excellent sprayer and reasonable price

It just doesn't work. I can't say it any plainer. The motor spins, I hear it, but no paint ever leaves the nozzle in any useful way. I tested with water, then tried thinned paint. I literally got nowhere with my project. The price should have been a red flag.

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! I went down the rabbit hole of reading all reviews. The bad reviews complained about leakage, not evenly coating, not cleaning well etc. They are ALL wrong. This sprayer works great! I used to paint my kitchen cabinets, doors and drawers. The functionality, value and coverage was perfect. The clean up very easy. Definitely use the little brush it comes with. Here are the highlights... I thinned the paint with using 2-3oz. of water per the instructions! I cleaned it after each use per the instructions! I did a test spray on an old cabinet door per the instructions. Not ONE time did it leak, clog or have any problems. The only one negative I can give is that it is a little noisy and wearing earplugs would help (Noise didn't bother me.) It can be a little intimidating at first, but it worked very well and my kitchen looks beautiful like a professional did it. I am very happy with this sprayer and will be using it again on other projects.

Sprayed my entire fence and deck. Pattern was great. The cup was small had to refill very frequently but did the job

I bought this Wagner Qx2 spray gun kit to apply poly clear coating on 436) pine bead boards for ceiling application, works great , no drips even coats, just make very sure to wash out all parts with warm water and dish soap, after use. Total hours use 49 hrs. Low price and very fast delivery.

Finally got a chance to use it, worked well didn't have to thin the paint nearly as much as I figured, sprayed exterior latex on lattice and planter boxes work really well

Works great for waterproofing my deck. Easy to clean

We have used this item 3 times and the diaphragm Broke. Product support is a joke!
