What areas of the body can I use this massage stick on?

It is designed for everyday self-massage on areas such as the back, waist, shoulders, arms, thighs and calves. Adjust the angle and pressure according to the area and your personal comfort level.

Is the pressure too strong for beginners?

The pressure is controlled by how firmly you hold and press the tool. If you are new to wooden massage tools, start with light pressure and short sessions, then gradually adjust based on your comfort level.

Can I use it by myself, especially on my back?

Yes. The long two-handle design provides extra reach and control for self-massage. For harder-to-reach areas such as the middle back, try changing the angle or holding the handles at different positions until you find a comfortable motion.

How do I make sure the handles stay secure during use?

Before each use, make sure both handles are fully and securely attached. Apply pressure gradually and avoid sudden twisting or excessive force. Periodically check the connection points during regular use.

Can I use massage oil or lotion with the wooden massage stick?

Yes, a small amount of massage oil or lotion can be applied to the skin for smoother movement. Avoid soaking the wooden tool directly in oil or water. After use, wipe it clean with a soft cloth and allow it to dry completely before storage.
