Easy to use,just right
Great for what I need at home

good for the price, but the collets in the router box were a shade small, you get 2 collets that will not fit the router bits. Had to order seperate. the router itself is okay.

This Is amazing (New addition)
What a fab bit of kit. I've had a plunge router for years and had seen so many videos using these hand routers that I decided to buy one, I'm so glad I did. The ease of use and quality are amazing, I can believe I've gone so long without this. Used this a few times now on small quick jobs, but today I tried to cut 9in circles out of 12mm ply... Christ, is it surposed to get that hot? Almost too hot to hold? Any help appreciated with this one.

Control problem
The item was working OK but using it for the 5th time on Saturday 15th of March the depth control could not be tightened as the tighten screw wouldn't tighten up so ever time you tried to use it the depth control part just kept sliding up so the depth could not be controlled very disappointed

Very well made
I was a bit sceptical of buying a cheap router, but this thing has surprised me on every level. Comes with a few nice little accessories and for it's size, is very powerful and easy to use, would definitely try other tools by this make

Value for money ?
Not the best value for money as you need to buy the bits separately (none given with this machine ) Ok for small jobs around the house but not something you would use on a big job site . Ok

Broke after 16 days!
Really excited to get this item. However after some use, the casing used to adjust the depth of the bit, broke. Unable to use item because of this. Called amazon, asked for a replacement part, they could only offer a refund. Asked for manufacturer contact details, Amazon gave the contact details for a body repair shop in welwyn Garden city!! No way to contact manufacturer directly. If anyone knows Autiwoz's contact details I'd be really grateful for them. I don't want a refund just a part replacement 😒
