The product feels sturdy and very stable. It functions perfectly. I’m finding that it helps with overall aches and pain. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks and I already intuitively anticipate that using it will ease my muscle aches. It’s like an all-body massage via the vibration. It helps with mobility and increase my energy for more movement. The remote control is very useful, as it makes it easy to operate the vibration plate without reaching down to floor level.

I did a fair amount of research before landing on this product, and am glad I did! Still figuring out all the settings and controls, but so far it’s been working perfectly. A great price point for a well-made, sturdy product. It’s lightweight and quiet. I also love the peace of mind that comes with a two year warranty! Arrived way quicker than expected too, which is always a plus.

Cord attaches in the front of the machine. And the cord is not very long.🤦‍♀️ So unless you wanna be facing the wall, you’re going to have to use an extension cord. Not a very practical place to put the plug. Also, you wanna wear shoes. The platform is not comfortable to stand on in stocking feet. Otherwise, so far it seems OK, but I’ve only tried it once. All update after I’ve used it for a week.

My husband and I are in our 80s and we needed some way to exercise as we don't get around much. I heard about vibration boards and decided this was our Christmas present to ourselves. We only do a minute or two a day and from the first day we noticed the difference in our bodies. Our everyday aches and pains have disappeared, we wake up alert and we go to sleep quickly without having to get up 2 or 3 times during the night, our breathing has improved to deep breathing easily, we can feel the difference in our muscles as they are getting stronger. It is so easy to use that we look forward to our daily turn. My husband has circulation problems and this has helped his legs to function better. All in all I would definitely reccomend this machine to anyone having mobility or exercising problems. Just be sure to follow the directions to the letter to avoid overdoing it.

I purchased this for my wife for Christmas, and frankly, I thought this thing was kind of scam. I mean really ... Shaking your feet? How could that possibly be of any benefit for anything? But she wanted it, so I got it. Boy, was I wrong. Just for chuckles, I set the thing at a 10 for 10 minutes, and I just stood there shaking on the thing. My level 8 back pain went to a level 4. I'm not kidding. I'm 75 years old. I have back problems, and I got up on Christmas morning with a level 8 back pain. It was bothering me all day. At about 6:00 p.m. I gave this thing a try. I went to bed at about 9:00 p.m. with my pain level at a 4. This morning it's still at a 4. I know. It's hard to believe, but it's true. Not only that, but my legs are always cramping at night. Last night they felt great and no cramping at all. The heck with my wife. I will be using this thing every day from now on. It takes up a bit of room, but it's well worth it. It's also well worth the money. It took a bit of thinking because I found the directions a bit confusing, but I do have it working. There are some settings that I am still trying to figure out, but I found that I like the manual mode. I can just set it for whatever I want, so I don't see the need for all the other settings anyway. I just set the time I want, turn it on, and then adjust the speed. It works great. Anyway, back to my wife. She wanted it for vein problems in her legs, but she has not tried it yet. I don't know if it's going to help her condition, but I can see why she wanted it. It has certainly helped me. I can't tell you how long it will hold up, but it seems well-made. I will report back if the unit fails prematurely. For now though, I love this thing. Highly recommended.

I just started using this. I've had several surgeries due to cancer and I purchased this vibration plate because I need to drain my lymphatic system. I have to say, this is ready to use and works great! I can't wait to see how I'm feeling and looking after a few months of use.

I would go to the gym to use their vibrate plate and this has made it so convenient and easy to get my vibrate session on! Very easy to use and navigate instructions. It sturdy and seems like a well made plate. I’m really glad I got it and it’s getting used several times a week!

Very good, I like that you can spend 10 min a day using it and still get some worthwhile exercises done in that small amount of time. There are different modes so you're not always using the same intensity and speed etc. mine didn't come with a remote as I bought a used, very good one for a bit of money off, but I was able to order a remote from eBay which works fine. I could be using them incorrectly but the attached resistance bands aren't very good, they don't seem to do a lot for me. But I bought a ten dollar set on Amazon and have been using those

Defective item. Although it should have different settings and levels of vibration, it does not. It’s only one and it’s aggressive. I attempted a return a month ago, but the seller has been purposely delaying the pick up and gives no instructions.
