I’ve used this to flavour cheat’s panacotta. The only downside is that it doesn’t drip out of the bottle, it pours, so it is easy to overuse.

The price difference between this brand and the more famous brands is massive. And while the taste is fine, it is not as flavorful or strong. So I end up putting more drops in. This stuff is honestly fanatic - legit lemon. add it to soaps, cleaning, and sprays. With it being body safe, you can use it in a variety of ways on your skin and foods. Beats the “essential oil” sold almost anywhere I’ve been - which is not body safe. Just makes things smell so… fresh.
