Are they any good after a few washings?

Hi there I have been asked to help with your question, I wear this brand and washing has been no problem 40 cycle and no tumble as this will shrink them, they are comfortable and if you’ve had fruit of the loom brand both are American and both similar but no much prefer these . Hope this was helpful please rate this reply to Amazon. Thank you.

The thing about the sizing is that you have to order the size as a measurement so what I'm asking is which measurement matches an "L" (large) size?

All i can tell you is i bouhht the medium and i am a 34" waist and they fit perfectly.

Are these suitable for wearing with incontinence pads?

I consider they are suitable for wearing with incontinence pads, if the size of the briefs are not so small and tight.
