I order a box of 36 packets quite regularly, and every now and then I find at least one completely empty packet in the box. This last order was no exception. On some occasions, I've found a couple of empties.

Yum yum. I even like the coffee ones. Only problem with them was that they didn't last me very long, but that's more to do with my lack of self control rather than the product itself.
