This was one of the least expensive pull up stations that I could find that looked sturdy, I was actually surprised at how sturdy it is! I am 6 ft tall and weigh 200 lbs. I do have to keep my knees bent, but this product doesn’t move at all while I am doing pull ups or dips. It was easy to put together and does not take up much floor space.

Very solid and well-built pull up and dip station. Easy to assemble and feels stable during workouts. I use it for pull-ups, dips, and leg raises, and it handles my weight without any issues. Great option for a home gym, especially if you want to save space. Good quality for the price. I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

This thing is great 4/5 only because the dip bars are a little short and it shakes when I do them, even with some counterweight put on. But it still manages it just fine. Dedicated dip equipment is likely better. That being said, its compact and does what it aims to do well. However, and this part is likely the best part of this, it can used for additional exercises. I strapped some rings to it and managed some nice inverted rows, not to mention various other ring exercises on this thing. I did mention counterweight, and one enhancement for this would for sure be some added weight on the back section. But for what it's advertised for, very minimal shaking. I am 5ft 9 inches tall and around 160lbs for reference. Cheap, effective, compact, easy to put together, comfortable (won't require gloves), and can be used for much more than advertised with a bit of creativity.

I like the station, its sturdy and the pull up bar can go pretty high up and is surprisingly stable. The flaw with this set up is if you ever want to use rings for rows or reverse bicep curl, the bars in the middle get in the way and if the rings are extended too far out the station will tip. The padding on the pull up bar is nice but I hade to use paper towels or gloves to get proper grip. Assembly was decently quick and easy.

Holds up to me doing 90lb weighted dips, im also180lbs 5'8". Pull up bar is adjustable. Assembled in 45 min with instructions. Other reviews are saying it is wobbly but they might not have tightened properly or have bad form. If you have decent form the wobble will be little to none . Also if your on the taller side, try placing some sort of blocks underneath to increase the height.
