Nice product

I got this on Black Friday but it would be an excellent buy at full price. The hand grip is as fine a piece of machining as I've seen in any device. The lever design to change settings is so very clever and easy to adjust to any of the designated levels at three different widths. The pinch grip is a great add on that allows for a variety of pinches and holds at whatever level is needed. I like to set the grip to a very high level, beyond either my ability to grip or pinch with one hand, then use two hands to get into a starting position so that I can to an isometric hold. This is the best example of overcoming isometrics I have seen. It's also possible to use the same two hand technique to get a starting position, then negative for weights that one can't grip or pinch. The thing is also gorgeous sitting on a desk as a reminder to do a minute or two of quick grips during the day. Just don't overdo it. The 70, 80, and 90 models are more than most will want or need to go. It takes about five minutes to set up and learn to use the device. Beware, you may be hooked. Price: It's vastly better than the cheaper alternatives I've received from China. Because of the range of adjustments possible, this works out to be much cheaper than some of its high end competitors with standalone grips, where you either have to buy sets or a succession of high priced versions as you get stronger. How to change weight and width: A gentle squeeze on the springs is all that is needed to enable pushing on one side of the lever to engage or disengage the springs, top down. After disengaging the springs, they can be moved to any of the settings. Squeeze again and then engage by pushing down on the other side of the lever, like the other side of a teeter totter. To change widths, gently squeeze and the life the lever up.

I love everything about this gripper but most important is that it just feel nice, look nice and provide resistance that is fairly accurate to their ratings. The pinch extension is great, a little tricky to set up correctly but afterward works like a charm. Worth the price, if you only ever want to get a single gripper, get this one. Be carefull that the range of motion and resitance is not the same as a regular gripper, if you want to achieve feats on regular grippers youre still gonna need to use them regularly.

These are without a doubt the best grippers I've used over the years. Extremely well made, and feel really steady and rugged in hand. Simple to quickly move between resistance, and grip width. The thumb attachments are what I purchased these grippers for mainly, and I have not been disappointed! Using different thumb positions, you can get a serious thumb pump! Definitely worth spending on these beauties to add to your grip collection, or as a first and only gripper!

This is the ONLY hand gripper you will ever need! Be sure to get the pinch grip attachments aswell though. It is a bit rough on the hands, but that makes your hands a rougher aswell. You don't want strong 'soft hands' lol. Anyway, BUT THIS! You WILL NOT be disappointed in it. And it is actually worth the price.
