Passable
The heat is not warm enough, the wire is too short, it is bulky but not powerful enough

Don't Buy
Please don't waste your money on this. Mine stopped working within a month of buying it. There's no warranty and both Amazon and the seller wouldn't help, which we missed when we purchased. But a product shouldn't die this fast, especially at this price. Very disappointed. Don't buy.

Stopped working
The massager stopped working in between and is not working now. Sometimes it switches on but for a moment. Most of the time it doesn’t switch on despite trying numerous times. Just a waste of money. For the information, my daughter bought it for me from USA on my recommendation. I think I made a wrong choice.

INDIGNADO
Estou decepcionado, primeiro porque demorou o dobro de tempo previsto e segundo porque o produto chegou com defeito, não funciona.

A highly effective product that is far superior to many others but at a lower price.
Literally just unpacked 30 minutes ago .I but a lot of massagers as I used them continuously throughout the day for a spinal cord condition that leaves me bedbound. To find a product other than stronger pain killers that works better is a huge relief. The immediate difference I noticed is the 4 D intense choice. Previous ones were all 3D. I didn't know this was an option . The difference is amazing. Feels like a real deep tissue massage . This also included a car connector which was a first . Great idea for anyone as a passenger being able to do longer journeys wearing an instant relief product. Really impressed so far.
