AXV Vibration Plate Exercise Machine Fitness Platform Body Vibrating Board

So initially I was disappointed when I opened the package and realized the remote was not in there. I completely place the blame on Amazon as I had purchased this as like new and had expected them to sell it to me as such. They were unable to help me but when I reached out to the company, they did not hesitate to send me a replacement remote free of charge. That customer service really showed they care! I purchased a different vibration plate before this one and it sounded like a small freight train starting up. The co-worker had this one and it was extremely silent but I was still nervous that I would somehow get the one that sounded like an oil rig starting up. The pink board is super cute and I was very excited about that. Immediately out of the box it started right up and it's pretty easy to figure out how to use. To my extreme delight, it is super quiet when you started up and even more quiet when you're standing on it. The last exercise plate I got also would literally rattle your teeth on level one. I was hoping for something that I could put under my desk to help with blood flow on my legs since I sit at a desk 8 hours a day. Level one on this one is absolutely perfect for that and is what you would expect a level one to be at in my opinion. I have multiple coworkers coming into use it and one actually bought it himself after trying it just one time. My lieutenant said it helped his hips and my captain stated that his feet felt better after using it. My chiropractor also said that she is completely on board with using an exercise board. I have noticed significant feelings of decompression in my lower back which is where my biggest problem is! I would highly recommend this. I haven't test it out the Bluetooth yet but that was a fun added feature. This is definitely something to incorporate into your daily work routine or workout routine lol.

I wanted to wait a month before giving my review. I suffer from chronic fatigue, osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, and knee pain. I saw this vibrating platform machine, that also does lymphatic drainage. I had no idea what lymphatic drainage was or do. I purchased it to shake my body using vibrations as a health alternative, since I can't jog, ride a bike, do yoga, or go swimming. I was cautious and had concern with all that vibration, to be standing on the machine for 10 minutes, that I would fall, my knees would buckle, lose my balance have some sort of motion sickness, or hurt my feet. It never happened. Level 1 to start for 10 minutes, has been ideal for me, and equivalent to 1 hour bike ride. I place the platform to be in view of the TV, to watch whatever program and haven't even notice, I've been standing with my entire body vibrating for 10 minutes. One advice, wear thick or furry socks, or thin sole beach style flip-flops when on the platform, because using this machine barefoot does hurt due to the vibrating bumps/ridges rubbing against the bottom of your bare feet. I initially used thick sole flip-flops which was OK. But, once I replaced it with the thin-sole or with thick socks, you can really feel that vibration work throughout your body. Another advice to share, the first 3 days I started using this machine, I got terrible itchiness on my lower back, thighs, legs and left ankle. I was worried something wrong was happening. I Google this and found it is a normal response by forcing the blood to flow to the extremities and other parts of body, as well as, the blood vessels dilate to remove toxins and fluids (known as lymphatic drainage). The increased blood flow and lymphatic drainage is what causes the body to be itchy. This itchiness is a sign that the blood and oxygen flow is actively circulating within the body, and also help break down fat. By day 3, the itchy side effect disappeared, and continued using the vibrating platform, every single day. During the first 2 days, when the machine stopped and I dismounted to the floor, my legs felt a bit wobbly, my knees felt weak, and had a bit of a challenge walking with my feet. By day 4, things was back to normal, except my knees. It was manageable, not a red flag. One month later, my knees are improving and feel better. Overall, I am no longer feeling as fatigue as before, and able to be more ambulatory. Not 100%, more like 50% improvement. It's amazing what this vibrating platform machine has done for me in 1 month.

I absolutely love this vibration plate! The first time you use it your legs may feel tingly or even itch, but that's normal. It stops after you use it for a few days. It made my knees and hips feel so much better plus my balance is getting better too! Oh yeah, it also doubles as a seat for a 1 year old girl when not in use. My granddaughter sits on it all the time when we have it unplugged and on the floor in a corner. She seems to love it 😆. I would buy again and may buy one for my daughter at some point. Right now I leave it at her house so we can both use it.

Doesn't work well on a rug. Shakes the entire apartment. Will make you sore if you overdo it.

I really like this vibration plate! I love that it has different speed settings, so I can easily adjust the intensity depending on what I want that day. It's also nice and wide, which makes me feel balanced and comfortable while using it. The remote is a great bonus because I can change the settings without having to stop. Overall, I'm very happy with it and have really enjoyed using it!

I did a lot of research before choosing a vibration plate because there are so many models at wildly different prices. This one offered the features and power I wanted at a very reasonable price, and I’m extremely happy with my choice. The platform feels sturdy and stable while I’m standing on it. It has a great range of intensity levels, so I can keep it gentle when needed or turn it up surprisingly high when I want a stronger session. The controls make it easy to adjust the level as I go. I have lymphedema and regularly experience discomfort in my legs. I purchased this to support movement and circulation, and in my personal experience, using it has helped reduce some of that pain and stiffness. I’m not suggesting it treats lymphedema, but it has been a genuinely helpful wellness tool for me. I now use it every day because it’s convenient, takes very little effort to incorporate into my routine, and leaves my legs feeling better. For the price, sturdiness, intensity range, and frequency with which I use it, this has been an excellent purchase.

Wow!! I use a vibration plate at the gym so wanted one to use in the convenience of my home after my home workouts or long walks/runs. This far exceeded my expectations. I actually prefer this one to the commercial ones at the gym in both quality and function. It is heavy duty! We have had this for a few months and it is wonderful. I used to get quite sore after my workouts, but when I stand on this for 10 minutes after, I have little if any muscle soreness. I like to do squats and stretching on it primarily, or just simply stand on it but lots of exercises can be done. It is a fun, positive and productive way to end the workout. I do notice more toning in my legs in places I couldn’t get too. My legs and knees feel stronger as do my supporting muscles throughout my body. I do get vertigo often in general but I haven’t had any issues in vertigo being triggered when using this and I think this is helping it improve. I definitely feel drainage that I didn’t even realize I had from my sinuses during and after using this. It is not too loud, so I can hear the television over this without turning up my television at all. The Bluetooth does work well, but the quality of the speakers is not great but if you have no other speakers to use, it is a plus to have. My kids love it to stand and sing on since it makes their voices sound funny. I don’t ever worry about my children damaging it as it’s so study and well built. Even though it is heavy duty, it is easy to move around because of its compact size. So when not in use we can put it on the closet floor or in a corner, and most people could lift it easily. The suction cups on it work very well on my laminate floor and it does not slide around at all when in use. I have not used it on carpet so cannot attest to that. I can definitely feel the circulation in my feet and legs getting better. I have issues with my legs hurting often since I am on my feet and legs all day and walk/run about 5 miles each day in addition to weight training. I cannot say enough about how my pain has subsided tremendously upon using this product. I like how there is a remote to easily change settings while standing upon it. I can’t say enough about this particular vibration plate!

So i’m a first time vibration plate buyer and this is my honest review: I have not lost any weight and have been using it for about two weeks every day, but I definitely lost inches when I takeoff my socks at the end of the day my legs are not puffy. I’m not having a bloated stomach and it is helping with back pain. I feel like I’m more tone even though I’m not dieting or trying to lose weight. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I’m not having a problem with standing on it or moving around on. It definitely feel like it’s helping me overall with recovery and firming myself. This is a good place for a first time buyer, but I noticed a lot of the videos that other people have wider plates. This is not a very wide plate so if you are a bigger person or maybe a man, you might want to get something bigger. If I had to buy a plate again, I would definitely not get one with a bunch of bumps and lumps on the plate because when you’re trying to put your arms on it or stand barefoot on it, it hurts those bumps on it or not needed. When I try to sit on the plate, my ass ends up, hitting the touchscreen and turning the machine off, so I had to drip a towel over it so it doesn’t do that. Overall, I think it’s a good plate for the cost and for first time vibration plate buyers if you’re an average a small person.

I was quite unsure and kept thinking for weeks but I am happy with this purchase. Really helpful in cramps, aches and pains. Ease into it slowly and increase speed and time. It’s a full body rejuvenator.

the vibration plate worked well but has since popped and blew my electricity. The motor which creates the vibration has broken. I have contacted the seller but not heard anything. I am concerned whether there is a warranty? Why has no one got back to me? I only bought it 10 months ago. I paid a higher amount thinking I would get a quality item and good service. Not so far.

Does the job well. Been using since 6 months. Works perfectly and is sturdy too.
