Don't buy,it will automatically break after some days!!!Very disappointing product. I didn't notice any improvement after using it. The water feels just as hard as before, and I don't think it softens the water at all. It doesn't do what it claims. Completely not worth the money.

Good product except the joint with pipe inls weak I think as it got broken with a small hit with plastic bucket

Easy to install and works well. The water feels cleaner and softer after using the filter. Build quality is good and it is a useful product for daily use, especially in hard water areas.

Don’t buy this product. It is one of the worst purchases I’ve made. The filter body developed a crack within just one week of normal usage, as shown in the photo. There was no mishandling, no installation mistake, and no damage during delivery. It simply cracked on its own under regular water pressure. Before buying, I noticed a few reviews mentioning the exact same issue. I assumed those cases might have been due to improper installation or damaged pieces during shipping, so I decided to give this product a chance. Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me. This clearly looks like a poor-quality plastic housing and not an isolated incident. A product that’s supposed to handle water pressure shouldn’t crack within a week. I completely regret this purchase. It’s a total waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Spend a little more and buy a better-quality alternative instead.

When they have delivered first time, I received poor quality product which was bit dirty with scratch, the accessories or connectors were of plastic however when I received replaced product it was good in quality the connectors were of stainless quality steel and every thing was good. I could expect it has contributed to reduce hair fall and can feel the difference in water quality, I used it in bangalore.

Screw is not properly tightening with the tap. Thinking to return
