The PERFECT size and dose
I thought the tablet size was going to be huge but it’s actually pretty small and easy to swallow. I like the fact that it’s 500 mg so you can stick with that dose and have it last forever or you can double it up to 1000 if need be. I take these for my immune support and reproductive health since I am in my mid 30s. They have been working great so far and I will be buying these again.

Good for your skin, energy and immunity
Very good value for the price/potency. A little bit thicker than other brands I have tried and definitely tastes sour if left in the mouth too long lol! I like this brand because a lot of their supplements have minimal ingredients. I didn't notice any smell, or experience an tummy troubles while taking. The energy boost you get from the vitamin c is subtle but I can always feel it's effects. It makes your skin glowy too.
