Hive Hub, Nano 2.5, White, One Size

Great device to connect Hive products to the Hive app. Can be tricky on initial setup of hub to thermostat and receiver on boiler. However once you get over that. Everything works seamlessly.

Perfect, did the job. A little tricky to set up if you're not tech savvy.

Moved into a new house that already had a Hive thermostat, decided to try and use the app, but needed one of these apparentlyThey said it was a doddle to set up, but it’s far from it tbh, massively frustrating, no instructions (even the official guide doesn’t tell you what the light and buttons do or mean)After a few days and many YouTube videos we for thereIt works a treat now, but was oh soooooo painful to setup

Was easy to set up and operate once loaded onto phone, even for someone like me who finds these apps difficult , love the idea I can control the temperature from the sofa.

Happy with my hub but the hive app just isn’t pairing with my heating. Must be doing something wrong but not willing to ‘fiddle’ with the heating myself.

although bought from Amazon, could not pair the box because it was paired with somone else. this means someone else had it before me and set it up on their system, stopping me from being able to use it. even with help from Hive cant get it sorted
