This is my second purchase and I've really happy with the results. I have been taking 1 tablet a day so the pot lasts longer and I read somewhere that you don't want to take too much bamboo. I had a couple week break between pots and I'm now back taking a tablet a day. Noticed new hair growth, less shedding and nails are alot stronger. My nails also look more healthy. They are a bit pricey but good value. Highly recommend

Great product, tried hard to find this in the UK, but eventually its here! - totally organic! love it. I had been searching as I know it helps with joints and cartilage, thanks for bringing your product to us. I feel so much stronger in my joints and body, would highly recommend this product.

Really pleased to find a clean, organic, bamboo-sourced product to help with my aching joints. I have taken Glucosamine and MSN in the past but this is a much more natural, long term solution. My nails and hair seemed to have improved as well so I can highly recommend it.

I took these for 2-3 months and then moved on to taking diatomaceous earth for detox reasons but which also contains absorbable silica. I have suddenly noticed a vast difference in my nail strength. I"ve always had soft nails, but prior to starting with this product my nails had got a lot worse, they were flaking and breaking daily and I had to keep trimming them really short. I would say it took 2 months on this product to make a difference noticing the increase in nail strength after 3 months all of a sudden. Feels pretty amazing to see. My nails also look and feel better than they ever have and I can grow them again to a decent length. Being in menopause, on drugs for cancer that can enhance osteoporosis and dealing with teeth that have issues I've discovered that Horsetail in particular is great for bones and teeth. I shall continue taking this.

To early to say if this works for hair/skin/nails etc but I feel good enough! I’m mainly taking silica due to be over 40 and I want to ensure I have enough of this mineral, as it’s rarely included in multivitamin/minerals. Horsetail can deplete vitamin B1, so be careful when taking for to long, maybe take a b complex. Horsetail contains an enzyme that breaks down thiamine B1, and B1 is vital for so many bodily functions. Will update in a couple of months for other progress, but will also be taking a week break here and there, which is best to do with horsetail.

Excellent product, actually works, organic without unnecessary fillers.Highly recommend! Will buy again!Hopefully restocking by the end of this October( so I’ve been told )

Has recently jumped in price from £16.95, which was already expensive for only 30 day supply, to £22.95. Not been taking it long enough to know if it having any effect.
