Easy to fit
I had a slow leak on my FX6 coming from this original part. It was probably just an o ring or something simple. However it was cheap enough and gave me complete peace of mind to just swap out this entire part. The last thing I want would be a flood! This has been fitted for a while now and it only took 10 mins or so from start to finish.

Easy swap
My drain valve was starting to leek every time i did a water change the replacement on amazon was the cheapest by a long way and it arrived the next day i had to wait a few weeks before i could fit it tho lol It was much easier to fit than expected to It's been in about 3 months now no problems no water leaking should have done it the first time i had a water leak sigh

While FX filters are great, finding a leaking purge valve isn't so much fun. Thankfully my sister had a spare filter I could grab a valve from when I found my leak. Now I keep a spare on hand. Easy to install.
