Why does this say I can't have this shipped to my address in the U.S.?

can this be used on any body part down there for a male?

I used it on all parts in the front. I am not sure about the back. The only problem I had with the sack is that if you rub too hard with the glove on, your skin will be iritated.

Is this product take out 100% the hair in the spot where you apply

Yes, as long as you apply enough of it and spread it around correctly... it will take out 100% of the hair.

Can I use this on my legs as well?

Yes. I had no issue with it on my legs. However, i watched it closely at first to make sure i didn't break out.
