What's not to like? Cool and different texture, to start. And yes, a different taste too! You mean salt can taste different? It actually does! Pro chefs use Diamond salt for a reason. Nothing like your mom's old school iodine salts of yesteryear. What else is there to like? Plenty. Healthy salt? How about third-party testing of this salt brand which showed no heavy metals present! Unlike the "pink" salts. Overall, you cannot go wrong with Diamond Crystal. Great price point, too! Get shaking!

Many studies have been done concerning "hidden toxins" in our food. The studies that were done on multiple different types of salts, this is the ONLY SAKT ON THE PLANET that came back 100% pure!!!!
