Possibly eased my muscle pain
I had ordered these before and been happy with them, but switched to some others for almost 3 months.I started suffering with pain in my arms overnight and having previously dismissed it as age related, read up about it and learned that a shortage of vitamin b can cause this.Been back on these oxford vitality vitamins for three weeks (which includes vit b) and the pain has gone. Is it directly related is anyone's guess but I'll be sticking with these from now on.
