Improve on the casters
The casters (wheels) are poor quality. One broke in two weeks. The stool itself is good quality.

Durable, great mobility but seat is a little stiff.

Smooth
Great product. The inline skate style wheels and bearings on the casters are smooth. I like the heighth of the stool as well. It goes a few inches higher then most stools. Side note: make certain the casters are inserted the enitre way. I could see this possibly being the issue for those that have broken wheels.

Didn’t make it through assembly
Received stool today at 3:30pm and the seat broke by 4pm. I had already had an issue with fitting the caster wheels on as the weren’t easily fitting into slot. Just threw it out. Should’ve followed the review I saw from someone that had the same issue.

would have liked a little cushion
The seat part is hard, would have liked a little cushion. Also it does not go as low as I would like.
