BOSE SoundSport Wireless Headphones, Black (Renewed)

Great sound, and they stay in the ear better than Bose’s fancier separate wireless earbuds. One of Bose’s big advantages is the shape of the part that holds them securely in the ear. They are also comfortable for long periods. I have no idea why the company decided to use a less effective shape when they upgraded to the fancy separates. When I was putting Christmas decorations up on a balcony last year, one of them fell out and landed in the bushes below. I rooted around the leaves looking for it, but I didn’t find it until I looked again the next morning. The newer models have some great features, and the microphone is better, but for anything involving physical activity—exercise, yard work, obviously Christmas decorations—I prefer these. They stay in better—really well—and if one falls out, it stays connected by the other one, so it doesn’t leave you. I don’t think Bose makes them anymore, so the ones I got recently are refurbished. That made me a little nervous, but they have turned out fine. The only thing I don’t like—and this may be true of any of them—is that the rubber parts that insert eventually break. The first to go is the connection to the plug that covers the charging port. That isn’t such a problem, because unless you’re going to expose them to a lot of dirt or water, you don’t really need a cover for that. Much more of a problem is when the rubber button that you press to push the power button breaks off, because then you have to use something to reach in and push it. I still have the original pair I got years ago, and I use them, but I use one of those plastic tooth flossers to push the on-off button. It is supposedly possible to replace the whole rubber piece, but it looked hard enough, and the parts would cost enough, that I decided to spend a little more to get a new (refurbished) set.

DO NOT buy these! Bose Soundsport (Renewed) - they will break and the seller (in my case Prime Tech Distributors) would not cover them after 90 days. The pair I have from them will not turn on, unless you do the reset every time. In general the power button is faulty. This purchase was only 4 months ago. That's ridiculous! Save yourself the trouble. I know these are some of the best earbuds that Bose ever made, but trust me you don't want to buy these with only a 90 day warranty being (Renewed). Good luck

These are my favorite earbuds for working out. I will never buy air pods, or something that’s not connected. I always use Bose products for anything in this category. The quality of these is great, the sound is great, you can use them for many different activities..making them super versatile. They fit great, and come with different size ear pieces. They also connect really easily! I had the same pair in blue, and I accidentally broke them. I was quick to replace them. I love the case too!

Over the years This is my third pair of renewed/refurbised Bose earbuds so disappointed is this pair only got a few months of usage unfortunately having issues on/off button no longer works and device does not stay connected to my phone battery does not stay charged so bummed!! I always liked Bose products and stood beside the quality, comfort and feel of this style for biking, running etc.. just disappointed 😔

I was hesitant to purchase these as they were Renewed vs. New. I have had a set of these exact same headphones for a number of years and have loved them; however, they are now falling apart. These new ones are as good, except for the power button, which is a little hard to use to turn it on and off, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Super me encantan

Starting to cut out every so often even after fully charged. Then it will just shut off. Try to connect again, and it won't connect. Plug in to charge for a few minutes, then try to connect and it works for about 5 minutes. Then it disconnects by itself. Not to impressed or happy with this earbud. I'm out of range for return. This item said new, but when it arrived, there were small signs of being used. Be careful what you buy.

A hundred dollars..gone. These look great, but that's about it. I have so many complaints about these, and I wanted to love them. First, to turn them on you have to hold the 'on' button so long and hard my finger hurt. I got to the point I used the back of a spoon to turn them on and off. Second, the wire connection took some muscle to insert and detach and I thought it might break. Third, they rarely connected, and when they did you had to make sure you were close enough to remain paired to my music player. Forth, they seldom stayed in my ear, even when I switch to the 'thankfully provided' large pair of ear buds. I am not capable of returning this as they want me to drive a few miles to a store for returns, ( but I have a broken leg right now) - which is why I ordered these for delivery in the first place. These 5uck.
