I bought these for my Hajj pilgrimage, knowing how intense the heat and walking would be and they were amazing. The tablets were easy to take, tasted good, and really helped with staying hydrated and avoiding fatigue. These are great for quick rehydration. Lovely flavour. I get them regularly but they can be expensive for the amount you get

Quality product that has helped me reduce cramp during long runs. Very pleasant tasting too, offered a nice alternative to gels and blocks

Easily edible and does not upset my stomach.However on a trial half marathon (pre-marathon) I cramped due to lack of salt. Did not seem to give me the amount of salt needed. Change to and successfully used precision hydration product instead.Will use on shorter runs on hot days

I rely on these now for long runs, races and even when I do long walks in the hot weather. I like the taste.
