I purchased this battery because I knew I’d need a backup for the one already in my heated vest. It takes quite a long time to fully charge (overnight is best), but it also can keep my vest toasty warm for a whole day out in the cold. My one concern is the weight - it’s quite heavy, and because it’s bigger than a battery with less storage capacity, it essentially means you can’t put much into the left hand outside pocket because there’s no room. Highly recommended!

I ordered a Thermalux heated vest for my wife begining Dec along with their 10000 Power Bank Ultra battery. The battery would not work with the vest. It kept turning off when connected. Yes I tried everything and finally sent the battery back. Finally received a replacement and the same thing happened. I knew the vest worked because I connected it straight to a USB wall outlet and it worked fine. Decided to buy another battery from a different source and more powerful. This 20000 power Bank was advertised especially for heated clothing. Works like a charm. Only problem is its weight. It is quite a bit heavier than the 10000 batteries but what the hell, now my wife can use her vest 2 months after buying it for her. She has not used it long enough to rate it for longevity so reason why I gave it 4 stars. Delivery was extremely fast, only 2 days.

Love this battery pack so far - only have had it for a week and have used it two times connecting to a seat heater I was using during camping. The battery power didn't even go down for the few hours each night i was using the seat warmer. So far I think it's a great product. Looking forward to having this when the power goes out to charge our electronics.

Works as of now. Looks almost identical to an old one(the reason I got this replacement) I had which I was only able to charge once then didnt work anymore so hopefully this one is good. The battery seems to last I got it at 3 bars out of 4 I have used it for hours on low and im still at 3 bars.

This battery pack is compatible with both Samsung and iPhone. It had multiple ports for connecting charging cables. The battery pack is somewhat bulky but does provide a lot of power.

The battery is dependable. It takes a few hours to fully charge. Once charged, works great. Only downside, if you can call it a negative, is the weight of the battery. Kinda heavy for a heated vest

I bought this battery pack about a year ago, to power a heated jacket. The capacity of the battery speaks volumes of the quality. The size of the battery is perfect. The only down fall is the weight. It's heavy for its size. However, I am very pleased with this battery. Not to mention the value for the money.

Haven’Thad much of a chance to use it yet. The only negative information I’ll provide is that it came with instructions but they were so small I couldn’t read them. Why do we need to minimize everything. The point is we can read and understand what to do.
