Well! Those zooming and excessive meowing, were quick in disappearing, tranquility was had by ALL! Especially THIS Human! This was my second purchase, my first was a smaller let me "try it first version!!!" I bought the larger one, cuz, IT WORKS!!! Lil "Precious Princess," is very spoiled, by, she could not "have control over her Human Parent's Sanity!!!" Yes, I bought, and if your feline fur baby gets "separation anxiety," it works, and zooming, are becoming less, as well! But, I did begin her "training," in an enclosed bathroom with an exhaust fan, for those exiting the house, sleeping hours, and to get her accustomed to the calming effect! First READ THE DIRECTIONS, you CANNOT place upside down or at an level, as I found out, with the first batch. Human error! Item arrived on time, and was well worth what I paid, cuz, furbaby, understands, "Stop," now, when at first she just mowed excessively! Now, she understands with "gentle training!" I got the collar version, too, as she is now, out n about the house more, when no one is home! This does get plugged into an electrical outlet, so, make sure you buy the "plug-in & scent bottle attachment Pack, first! This is the "Refill Pack!!!" The package says each bottle lasts one month, since I have in a small space, we are on our second month, half was through! So, based on your space size, your pet's ability "to mellow out," and placement needs, you will be satisfied! I have done "price comparisons," this was the "best," for quantity, cost, duration, and the vendor response rating, "I WILL BE BACK!!!"Princess meowed in agreement, but, I think she wants me to put my phone down for her to "grace my lap!!!" 😂🫡🐈‍⬛ Such a "Bombay Cat," IS SHE!!! Just too SMART!!!

I have two cats that started being aggressive with each other on Monday the 18th . I bought another calming diffuser and thought I would give this one a try and as soon as I plugged it in my cats could smell the product.I bought this product on 3.22.24 and can already see a difference with both of them. They are more relaxed. I put one in the rooms they usually hang out. I am amazed at how fast this product worked. Although I heard some aggressive behavior last night while sleeping I am keeping my fingers crossed that they start getting along and I think this product will make it happen.

I started off by buying their diffuser refill 4 pack to use with another brand’s diffuser heads. They worked about a week and the liquid level dropped a bit. After being plugged in for well over a month, at least 80% of the liquid was still in it. I tried a second refill with a different head with roughly the same results. I thought maybe my diffuser heads needed replaced so I ordered this kit. I plugged the new head with the refill (new) that it came with and nothing happened. It was plugged in for two weeks with no drop in fluid level. I tried the other head and the other refill in the kit which also didn’t work. I also tried the new heads with the refills I previously ordered. Some may have worked for a few days. If they are to last a month, after a week, there would be a noticeable drop in the fluid level in the refill and there was not. I had received an email from the company to reply if I had problems with the kit. I explained this all to them and they were to send me a replacement in 7-10 days. Almost a month later, I’m still waiting and it’s too late to return to Amazon. They had absolutely no affect on my cat’s urination issues the entire time they were plugged in, which was why I bought them. If anything, it seemed to get worse.

I purchased product to help ease tensions between my existing cats and 2 fosters that I took in. After about an hour of having the diffuser plugged in, my cats became very hyper and a little aggressive with each other, but I waited to see what would happen. They calmed down after about another hour and now seem to be getting along much better than they were before the diffuser. One of my cats who typically likes to hide in the other room has been hanging out in the living room with me and the other cats in the evening, that alone is an improvement. The diffuser has only been plugged in for about 7 days so far, but I would say that I can definitely see a positive impact on the mood and behavior.

I have a new rescue cat with severe aggression issues. My vet recommended pheromones as therapy. I did research and found that several advertised products were noted as ineffective in reviews and comments. TriOak had good reviews, but I was still skeptical but the situation needed a solution.I purchased the product and it took about 5 days to begin to see the results. They were not dramatic but definitely there. The diffuser is close to where the cat hangs out and has unrestricted air circulation.Overall I have no issues with the product, company, or delivery. I would point out it is difficult to know if the diffuser is on and working. I think that a very faint blue light is on, but it is so faint, I can't always tell...the only reason for not giving 5 stars.I would recommend...Addendum to my review. I was sent a letter by TriOak soliciting this review. I responded honestly and stand by what I submitted. However, the letter promised a gift and contact information for customer support. Both the gift and the contact information were false. Leaves a bad taste.
