New Chapter is high-quality and this product made it easier to support the growth of nerves.

I take these daily. Very helpful when paired with red light therapy and PEMF therapy for myself. You may not react the same way. Consult with your doctor before embarking on any treatment.

It was helpful but decided to make a change the b-12 was not methylcobalamin, it did not have benfotiamine and just was not strong enough and it cost a lot for only 60 capsules.
