This pole should have cost way more than it did. It is STURDY and made from seriously thick metal. It's easy to assemble and is super stable. I'm two hundred pounds and can swing around it no problem. It's super fun and a great workout.

Perfect!! This was the only pole that would fit my ceiling. The other ones were too big to fit where my pole HAD to be installed. My stud wasn't big enough for all four bolts to screw in but the pole holds up my weight (100lbs) just fine with just the two bolts in it. Its very sturdy and spins smoothly. And this pole was cheaper than the majority of the other ones on here so its good quality for good value. Doesn't make any squeaking noises. Just a smooth spin :)

This is very well made I like it just as much as the expensive Xpole and Lupit poles. This one came with a great permanent ceiling mount. This pole isnt going anywheres! I had some trouble because my ceiling was exactly in between the two extensions that came with the pole but my husband figured out how to get around that By screwing the top threaded piece down into the pole all the way it could go and inserting the top into the ceiling mount first and then inserting the bottom pole into the bottom plate. He screwed it into the top plate the rest of the way from the bottom since I coudnt get my fingers into the top to thread it. we were able to use the larger extension with only about 2 inches of the top threaded part showing which was great cause the thread covering tube wouldnt have fit at this point. Then I just locked down the top nut and it works great. My husband is so technically smart :)

I've danced before so I knew how to do pole tricks, but it took about a week to really be able to climb it right and get my body to stick to it. It is a little harder to learn than other poles, but I kept telling myself if I can learn to do my pole tricks on this one I would be able to use any other pole with know problem. After a few weeks of training every day on it, it got so much easier. Please do pole conditioning exercises before any routine. I did some nerve damage in my arm and 6 months later I still have issues with my arm because I didn't warm up first. The pole however is so study and it's definitely not going anywhere. I would not recommend for someone just learning.

It’s brand new so it needs to be broken in for the grip to get better cause it’s slick. I put silicon on it to kinda help but it was easy to assemble

Super bien. Je recommande. Par contre, se souvenir que danser autour d’un poteau se fait pas toute seul. Ça prendre de la pratique et même si vous pouvez, des cours. J’ai pris cette barre de danse à cause qu’elle se fixe et sans joke elle tient bien. Bref j’adore mon achat:)

Just put it up today, have tested it out and so far so good! Pretty quick and easy to install. Did come with a minor scratch, only noticed it when testing out an invert pose 😅
