For knee exercises
I recommend this knee strap for total knee replacement. Makes exercises very easy. Good value for the money.

Game changer!
After having a total knee replacement I ordered this to help bring my calf back as far as it would go for continued therapy on the days I didn't have physical therapy. The importance of getting your knee to bend as much as possible while in therapy is so important in your healing process. I am 7 months out from surgery. I am getting ready to have my other knee replaced on the 22nd of this month. I know this product helped me rehab faster. I highly recommend this product.

Happy
After having a revision to my total knee replacement. I was looking for a product to help me with my knee replacement and physical therapy. This product really came in handy. It has helped me progress with my physical therapy to my revise knee. I have gained more flexibility, more strength and more mobility. Since my purchase of this product .

My two-cents
I recommend this device. My total knee replacement surgery was on August 13, 2026. I didn't begin using this until 4 weeks post op. I have been using it since and it has done wonders for my knee flexion. One little information, the strap around the foot is set, you can't adjust it. The strap is only adjustable at the ankle as you put it on. My foot is small and tends to slide further in the foot/strap area as I pull the device to bend my knee. Other than that, I am still using this to aide and bend my knee!

Must have for Total Knee Replacement surgery.
A must have for TKR surgery. REHAB, REHAB, REHAB! This is your best start for increasing flexibility. 6 months after surgery and I can squat like a catcher. And get back up.

a bit difficult to get your foot into AFTER your surgery.
This in many ways is a great product...helpful for the heel slides BUT it is hard to get your foot into the foot holder...easy enough prior to surgery but I can see where you are going to have to have someone help you get your foot in (there is an elastic strap that your foot goes into inside the foot holder and also a velcro that you have to wrap around your ankle)....again easy enough prior to surgery but if you want to do your slides independantly whenever you want to then I can see this becoming not so helpful. Not sure if I am going to keep it or look for something easier to get your foot into, independantly when you can't exactly bend your knee or manipulate well enough to get your foot into by yourself. My surgery is in a few weeks and want to make sure I can use this by myself.

A Must Have!
This a must have. It's marketed for use in passive post op exercises but I needed it to control the positioning of my surgical leg while getting & out of bed & while in bed. Vital!
