I mad a great choice selecting this product. Built quality is great, connectivity of all the ports are very good, HDMI and usb ports works very well, rj 45 gives great speed too. Very easy to use just plugin it's usb c connector on your laptop and all the devices are ready to use. It has 3 years warranty provided by the brand, just register the product online for warranty. It does gets heat sometimes after long use. A bit costlier but then it's very useful.

Review after 18 months usage. I was circumspect before this purchase but my research landed me to this product and it works absolutely well. Incredibly sleek and lightweight, and a good looking gadget. Functionally, does its job without fuss. The 4k screen connector is good, sometimes picture quality on added screen can be a bit off, but connector re-plug usually fixes it. Two USB slots are taken up by mouse and keyboard connectors. An additional USB slot would have great. SD card slots are a bonus. Haven't faced any heating issues. Overall, I would recommend this product.

The idea of a 12-in-1 USB-C hub sounds great, but this product from Honeywell is extremely poorly executed. Major issues I faced: Unstable HDMI output – frequent flickering, random disconnects, and sometimes no signal at all + Power Delivery (PD) is unreliable – charging cuts in and out, making it risky for laptops + Overall glitchy performance – devices randomly disconnect even under normal use + What’s frustrating is that much cheaper hubs (~₹1000 range) perform significantly better and more reliably. This one feels like a prototype rather than a finished product. Customer support is equally disappointing: + Calls keep you on hold for long periods and then drop unexpectedly + WhatsApp messages don’t even get delivered + Emails go unanswered So if something goes wrong (which is likely), you’re completely on your own. Bottom line: Good concept, but very poor engineering and non-existent support. Save your money and look for alternatives—this is easily one of the worst USB-C hubs I’ve used.

Hub is of good quality metal. I am using it for keyboard, mouse and headphones but not power delivery. For these 3, no connectivity issue. Used these 3 in 3 usb type A ports. It does not get heated if you don't use power delivery c port.

Product is overall good, though price is on the higher side. It gets slightly warm during use. Otherwise, I am using for past six months without any major issues so far.

It’s a best purchase, one plug and all done.
