PurO3 High-Strength Organic Ozonated Hemp Oil for Many Skin Concerns, 2 Oz

First let me say that I've been using their products for a while now and find them to be of great quality. Just discovered the tooth powder and highly recommend it as well. However, I came here to post about their AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was accidentally shipped the olive oil version and since I brush my teeth with this I prefer the coconut oil purely due to taste. You get used to the ozone but the coconut oil is a bit nicer. I bypassed the Amazon return system and reached out via messaging the seller and explained. Knowing they probably can't resell the wrong product and that they may be charged a fee, I rather talk to them directly. They promptly answered, apologized, and sent me the correct product free of charge. Not only that but they just reached out again to follow up and make sure I got my correct order and was happy. You don't get that much these days. This deserves a 5 star review to let others know they want to take care of their customers and if you ever have a problem, select the message the seller option and let them help you because they will bend over backwards to make you happy.

This company's customer service is excellent. I have ordered two different oils and needed to contact customer service after each order. I have received prompt answers and issues resolved. I have read many reviews about the smell of the oils and it is a stronger scent but it is not off putting at all. I actually like the smell.

This stuff is absolutely amazing! I have tried everything to get rid of my toenail fungus & nothing has worked. It was on 3 toes on 1 foot & 2 on the other, the worst was my big toes. I've had this since I was young, catching athletes foot while swimming competitively from the pools/locker rooms. When the athletes foot really spread past between my toes to the soles & sides of my feet is when I really noticed my toenails getting thick, crumbly & discolored. I tried various over the counter creams, sprays, powders & prescription creams (2) & 1 round of oral pills. No matter what I tried I couldn't get rid of it. Whenever I'd try something new, it seemed to work initially, but once I stopped applying it both would return eventually. I can't say I religiously used every product longer than a month or two however. The toenail fungus never went away, anything I tried would maybe keep it from worsening, or at best improve looks a very small amount. This stuff came carefully packaged with an ice pack to keep it cool as the ozone needs to be refrigerated. My partner also has the toenail fungus on 2 toes much worse than mine. We both saw results within days. We applied to the infected toenails with a q-tip @ least once a day, twice when I could remember. Twice is probably best. 3 out of my 4 infected nails cleared up almost completely, with only a very small spot left on each nail, 1 nail has improved 75%. 1 of my partner's nails has improved 85%, and the worst nail by far, his big toe, improved 60%. You can see the remaining infection in the left corner of my big toe & the middle toe is still cut very short as it's still highly fungused. Prior to applying this product, the entire big, middle & pinkie & 1/4th of the 2nd toes were infected. However, we ran out of the product & didn't get around to ordering more for a couple weeks. In that time his big toenail got bad again, not to what it was, but it was still clearly funguses. The worst infected nail I had went back to 40% what it was. it's been a couple weeks since we've been using it again & our nails are again improving. From all my experience with athletes foot & toenail fungus, I think these fungus' become immune to treatments very easily & they also take a VERY long time to cure, double to triple the time any product you're trying directions. Like antibiotics, it's important to complete your treatment, finishing the entire product, double to triple. If you stop using at the signs of improvement, or when your feet stop itching, it's going to come back. I'd recommend using at least 3 jars of this, or 6-9 mo's of treatment before stopping & only 2-4 weeks after all signs of fungus are gone to make sure. Even then, to make sure it doesn't return in a year or so, I'd keep a jar on hand & apply once or twice a week. Apart from a dermatologist or pediatrist using laser treatments to remove the fungus & with it the toenail (I have never had this done), I'm not sure anything will permanently cure seriously infected toenails, however, this product has worked better than anything I've ever tried before & may be the stuff that proves me wrong, as it hasn't been long enough for me to say for sure. I've been using it for 4 months now, with a 3 week interval of no use when I ran out, and my toenail fungus is 80% cleared up. All that remains is I guess the worst & most stubborn area of the infection & hopefully after continued use for some months it will be gone as well. What is worrying me the most is I suspect this is as good as it's going to get & while there's a huge improvement, this is as far as it will go, stopping applying the product & the fungus will return as the remaining stubborn areas will not be 100% cured. I hope I'm wrong & will give an update on my next order. I highly recommend this product, especially for the price. Using this has @ least improved my toenails to point where I don't have to hide the fungus with socks or toenail polish.

This has a really odd smell to it. I don’t in particularly like the smell, but my husband says he loves the smell. He actually put this on his cracked knuckles to help heal those too. It does not cause me any irritation, and I do think it helps heal my nips. This will recommended to me by my lactation consultant and I was skeptical at first, but you do get used to the smell. I use this at night before I go to bed so that way it’s on for a longer period of time because I do wipe it off before I pump.

I bought this to use behind my ears to help control the itching and yeast. It has done amazing job. It’s has not bothered my sensitive skin at all. I highly recommend.

After successfully using ozoned olive oil from IV San Bernard on a nose piercing that previously required antibiotic ointment I thought I would try a different brand. I just got the hemp oil and put it on my hands and elbows when it arrived and spilt a little bit on the table. Now the hemp is one of the highest ozoned oils in this companys line up. I immediately felt short of breath and it would get worse if I brought my hands up to my face. Took my inhaler and tried to wash it off but I can still smell it. Breathing once washed off and after the inhaler twice is somewhat better but I can still smell it on my hands. Ozone is a respiratory irritant and I never expected it to be a problem in oil. So a warning to start with a lower level ozone oil and be especially careful if you have asthma.

Used this for my husband's dermatitis on his legs. The itchy ,dried flaking skin is gone. Be patient. It's takes a minute, but he has certainly got relief.

I actually enjoy the smell. I put it on the little prophylactic, toothbrush, pics, and brush between my teeth. I had one small swoosh of shingles that was painful and itchy. I put it on and it cleared right up. I don’t know if it would do the same on a larger area. It’s a great stuff.

The product itself is very good, but it arrived spilled, very disappointed.

Très bon produit. Reçu rapidement. Merci

you can smell ozone as expected.
