Does this contain Stevia?

No, this product does not contain stevia. It is cold-pressed, crystallized fruit. However, the same company sells a lemonade that DOES contain stevia. Be careful

Do these contain sugar? The product description section says 0 g sugar, but the important information section lists evaporated cane juice (sugar).

It does contain a small amount of sugar - less than 0.5 g per packet. Per FDA guidelines, since the sugar content is less than 0.5g the nutrition label can state Sugar Free and/or zero grams. Crazy right? For reference, a sugar packet has a little more than 3.5g of sugar.

It looks as if it has sugar and stevia in the ingredients; is that right?

How much does each packet make? 8 oz or 16 oz?

8 oz would be too sweet for me. 16 is good. 20 is better. Basically, you experiment a little to find your level. That's the magic of making it yourself. I try to use a little as possible. But typically I use 2 packs for a 32 oz container I have. Note, I usually put in 3-4 oz and then mix aggressively, then fill it up. This has a slight tendency to "sink" to the bottom of the water if you don't mix aggressively.
