Good workout!
I've been using the stepper for a few weeks, about 30 min. each time, and I love it! I go at the fastest pace I can, safely, on the unit. I usually work out on an elliptical at my gym, but lately I haven't had time to go to the gym, so I bought the stepper. The unit doesn't take up much space at all, is light enough to pick up and move around. I have a spot for it in our mud room, set it up across from a counter where I watch shows on Fire Tablet while I work out. I pair it with a resistance strap. I did have to contact the seller after one week b/c the interface would indicate I had stopped even though I hadn't, and the seller immediately responded to me, sent me a new interface (which is easily replaceable, it just pops in and out). As it turns out, the problem was a simple fix: after using the stepper for a few minutes, the interface wiggles out of it's holder just a bit, so the system thinks you've stopped. I'll fix the issue by using black duct tape to firmly secure the interface in its holder. Stepper was usable right out of the box. I love this thing b/c I can get a quick workout at home!!

Works great for me.
Appears to be heavy, sturdy, and durable. Quiet when using and seems to have good tension when stepping. Came assembled. Step counter counts one for each set of steps.

Chunky Preson Review
Currently, I am 220. Normal person, not a athletic alot all. I have an bug butt, heavy chest and some nice thighs. This is my honest review. The stepper is great for someone's second step in their fitness journey. It is very easy to use, however it dose have some tension to push down on the step. It as easy as some make it look. But it would be a great fit in your second step of someone's journey. The stepper came all setup for me, the package is easy to pickup. The stepper it's self is very light weight. I regret not buying the things for your hands, I would recommend buying that. I'd also buy a mate or a throw rug to go under the stepper, it will dig the wood floors. It is a very good workout, you feel it right away. I feel that it dose more for my muscle then walking would. I love it. I would not recommend this product to someone with bad knees.

Compact, great workout.
I am enjoying the stepper. I mainly use it to top off my steps for the day when I fall short. By the time I watch a show from start to finish, I have wrapped up my steps for the day. It has just enough tension and fits easily on a corner.

Super Practical
love it! it fits under my desk and is very easy to use. just hop on it and go! The counter activates when you use it, and gives you accurate steps and time count. it is not a weight loss machine, but it helps with circulation when you sit all day at work and allows you to gain extra steps if you count them.

Great workout
This thing is no joke. Iโve been doing hit training 3/4 times a week for three years and I got this to use on my 12 hour work days when I miss the gym. I was on this for 30 mins. HR got up to 150s and I was sweating lol to my surprise the next day my calf muscles were burning. Great leg/cardio workout worth every penny. The meter matched my Apple Watch almost exactly.

Counter is giving messed up readings
This stepper is great in that you are working out in the comfort of your own home, and that it is small enough that you can store it away easily. It is great for getting your steps in where you can build up a sweat depending on your pace and comfort level. However, with all the great benefits of this stepper, come the bad qualities of it as well. When I first used the stepper, it was hard to step on. I think you had to push down on it hard enough to engage it, and then it became easier. Then, my next problem was that it would not count my steps at all. I would go all the way down and look at the counter to see it was frozen. I had to really push down on my foot so that it would count the step and also my time and calories. Afterwards, when that problem resolved, it was overestimating my calorie count. I noticed I would be stepping slowly and not exerting much work and my calorie count jumped 5 calories in one step. In happened mostly when the reading was something ending with a 5. For instance, if it was 45.9 calories, the next step would be 50. If it was 65.9 calories, the next step would said 70. It did this multiple times. For that reason, I give this stepper an average rating. The stepper itself is great, but do not rely on the counter at all.

Disappointed
The problem I find with most of these are they can't hold up very well. After my last one started grinding metal I was forced to buy a new one this time spending more money hoping it'd be better. Judging by the state of it now on only 4 days of use I MIGHT get another week out of this. I use this as a cardio exercise for an hour a day 5 days a week and we'll stuff is already grinding and cracking. For over 50 dollars this is kinda disappointing. I'm not abusing the machine or any of that so if you are planning to get this and use it regularly I wouldn't. For VERY basic use I would recommend it. It's a conferrable fit and is easy stepping up and down it's not tough or has a ton of ressistence. Hope this helps . Update it finally broke lasted about a month garbage product never heard back I'm over it.

Only okay
The stepper is fine but you get what you pay for. It becomes easier as it warms up (ie first ten minutes are more challenging than the rest of your workout) - and unfortunately my screen stopped working after the first workout. I can time and count steps on my phone but disappointing for sure. I tried trouble shooting by resetting batteries and nothing. Overall I would not recommend.
