Loved this umbrella for our beach trip. Easy to carry in its bag and easy to twist into the sand. It stayed put! Very sturdy. The amount of shade it offered was perfect for my small family. Great purchase.

Never thought I would be so obsessed with an umbrella. I love it so much. It’s the perfect size. The quality is amazing The base is huge and it sticks in the sand really nicely I love it, I got the turquoise one and it’s very pretty. and I think the best thing about it is that it fits so nicely back in to the carrying bag

FINALLY - a beach umbrella that really delivers. I just got back from a week at North Myrtle Beach, SC. I used it every day and in some fairly strong winds. It stayed in place perfectly. It never blew over or blew inside out. I sat under it for 4-6 hours per day and never got burned - so SPF 50 - Confirmed! Also - It was easy to set up with just one person. Good quality materials and good quality construction. & it IS actually height adjustable! It is comparable to the ones that you rent for an arm & a leg. It is not the exact umbrella, but it is equal in quality. It has taken me 20 years to find this gem - but now I have. I may even buy a second one to increase my shade. Highly recommended!

I have 4 of these. Mine are the 7 ft dark blue ones. I'm not sure how it has held up for others like in these reviews, but mine is so good in the wind. I have had mine up and open most of the summer as well as last summer. I close them during most storms. But several times I have forgotten to close them and they held up extremely well. We have had them open in continuous winds at 20 mph for a minimum of 12 hours, and several 50 to 60 mph wind gust within that 12 hours. It was still open overnight during a big storm, wind and rain. The next day I took it down for safety reasons. There was no damage at all to the umbrellas!They do fade over the summer, but that is not a big deal for me, they still do wonderful in the wind.I tie one of my umbrellas tightly against a 4x4 post with Bungie Cords, not an umbrella stand. It is there to give shade to our swing set for our goats.I have 3 more as well for my goats. They all hold up extremely well in wind. One is attached to an outdoor play ramp they love to lay on. The other is used next to our privacy fence where we have benches. I use Bungie cords to keep it from flying away when it is windy. It sits in its umbrella stand then I attach Bungie cords to the high section of the umbrella. Then hook the other end to my privacy fence, and the other side to a swing set post. The wind blows it but it just goes back to its straight standing position once high wind settles.They are made for the beach that is why I bought them for the high wind resistance. One of the four umbrellas I use as shade for when I'm working in direct sunlight. Gardening, painting the fence, repairing parts of our fence, etc. it is easy to move around to use for working. I like mine a lot.* 2 year update after continuos summer use: Mine are open continually all summer unless there is a bad storm. Rain and simple wind I keep them open. They are in direct sunlight all day.They are still handling high winds and rain very well. The canvous has faded and become more delicate, but it still blocks the sun. They have some very small holes in them but still very good in wind.* 2 Year Late Summer Major Storm Update!We had an extremely bad storm, worst I've seen in a while. We had hail and extreme winds with this storm. I forgot to close the umbrellas and the hail and extreme wind finally ended the life of my umbrellas : (But I will buy these exact umbrellas again. BUT the good news is, one of the umbrellas did survived the major storm : )I highly recommend the dark blue ones like I bought.
