Regular folding chairs often have those crisscrossy frames that dig into the sides of my leg in front. Regular seats sag in the middle and are hard to get in and out of. This chair feels STURDY and is comfortable. I sat in one for hours at the beach recently and was perfectly fine. It is also easy to get in and out of. I loved that I had a cup holder and a tray for the plate of food I had. The cell phone slot is a great bonus. It took us a second to figure out how to open it, but once we understood what to do, it was very easy to set up and fold back down. I highly recommend this chair, especially if you can snag it on sale like I did,

I was looking for a heavy duty camping chair for my better half as he’s 6’6” and 300lbs. This chair is very comfortable and durable. We loved it so much we bought 3 of these chairs. Easy to carry with the built-in handle and easy to fold once you get the hang of it. Easy to keep clean. The side tray is a nice addition to hold your phone and drinks. The chair has built in pockets to hold other things such as books, glasses, pen, etc. Overall great camping chair. Highly recommend, especially for the durability and being heavy duty.

It is the most difficult item I have ever had to open up. True, I am a senior, but I thought strong. It took all my strength, with my feet on the lever, and pulling on the other side to get it to stretch sideways and lock in place. Otherwise, it went easily to open. Not yet in the mood to close it down. Other than that it is a superb chair. Doesn't sag, high enough back to support shoulder blades, sturdy and solid with no wobbling. I was fortunate to get one with the tray that folds down! So happy about that. It is heavy to carry, so I ordered a strap for over the shoulder carrying.

This chair is nice and compact. It is smaller for me to carry. I bouht a strap to make it able to be carried by the strap. Some pros and cons.ProsSmaller and portable. Orange. lol So much more comfortable to sit in then the other directors chairs we have. Sturdy, would hold my very larger friend. Nice big table on the side. Sits very sturdily on the ground. Doesn't seem to have any desire to bend, flip, or turn over while sitting in it.ConsHARD to get unfolded the first few times until you get your grove on how to open. Do NOT try to open it one-handed either. The table pops out whether you want it or not (many times I don't use the table), makes it kind of hard for 2 people to share an umbrella at a rainy soccer game. Because it is compact, it feels like it is heavier then the other directors chairs, but it is not, just has a different sense of gravity (easier to carry with a strap, NOT included). The storage pocket is kinda awkward to use for a larger person. Needs a bit of a bigger handle for carrying (unless you get a strap, then it's a moot point).So, in retrospect, it is comfy, sturdy, and easy to carry with a strap. I will keep it, as I enjoy the comfy much more then the argument I had with it the first time I tried to open it by myself. lol Overall, it is a good chair for the price, and has a larger weight rating for if someone else uses it. If it wasn't for the fact that the table automatically extends, it would be a 5 star review. The other cons are not even close to deal breakers for me.

So far this is the best camp chair I've had! The negative reviews about it being deficuilt to set-up I can understand since the joints are tight and it does take a fair amount of force to pull the lever up to get the chair to pop into its locked using position. But with that said I'd rather have somthing that is tight when it's brand new and has time to wear in with use not sloppy right out of the box. It's a very sturdy comfortable camp chair no wiggle or flex in the frame and other than being stiff set-up and break down is super easy to fold and unfold with just a pull and push of a lever.

This is the 2nd one I have purchased. This chair has a side table that can stay down and raised and locked separately whereas my first chair it had to open with chair. When I purchased my first chair people complained that it was hard to open and to close to store which is true. It is a bit cumbersome unfolding until the unit gets broke in. There's a learning curve to unfold and to refold. I needed something compact to put in a class C Rv space and this works. Once open the chair is very comfortable and stable. The table on the side has a large cup holder for large coffee cups w handle and a spot for cell phone.

This is an absolutely wonderful chair. Very well made, comfortable and has a very solid seat. I’m going to take it to the beach because I can’t sit in a beach chair. People complained about no cover to protect it during storage. I just put a big garbage bag over it since it sits in my shed.I bought a “used” one to save a little money and it is brand new. I can’t wait to get to the beach and use it!!! It is very hard to open the first time but once you get the hang of it, it’s fine.

These well made chairs are perfect to use at home, take in your RV, or keep in your vehicle for summer adventures. The straight back and seat make them very comfortable to sit in for hours. My husband is 6'2" and is very pleased with the fit. We have used these chairs for almost a year - best camping chairs we have ever had!
