A bad batch or a terrible new formula?
I've used this product for 20 years and found it to be the best on the market. However I've now had several orders of this which have been terrible. On removing the wand from the tube the formula immediately becomes cloudy/grainy. It applies like glue and clings in clumps to the wand. I've noticed that I have to do much more clean up around the eyebrow area to remove residue which otherwise dries in a clear film on the skin. Very disappointing.

The brush does not seem to hold much or to transfer anything to the lashes. Disappointed.

I use it for my eyebrows, but after some time the liquid inside gets a bit white and feels that the quality is not the same as when knew, but serves its purpose for me, good price
