I admit that for the price, I am disappointed that this did not include a charging cable, but I digress. The access point is larger than what I’ve had in the past, measuring at 8.1 inches on all sides, and includes the mounting bracket and hardware. It’s a nice white shade that easily blends into my wall space. Setup was not problematic and straightforward to walk through using the given QR code to start. My residential area has patchy service at best, and this access point is helping to achieve better coverage all over the house, so dead zones be gone. I’m really pleased that I don’t have to struggle to find just the right spot near one of the windows at a particular time of day to have service. Functionally sound and connectivity is consistent. Haven’t had any security issues regarding this device. I certainly recommend if you need a boost to unpredictable or patchy service.

These things do everything a home user needs and more. I could run a business with these. So many features for the price point. I have 3 ssids with isolated vlan traffic. All routed through this thing lol. It's nice and cute on the wall.

Works great but does require a bit of know how, and not all the parts are included. All you get is the unit and some brackets and screws not even a manual. The signal is very strong and I like the unit looks very sleek and modern.

picked up this EnGenius Wi-Fi 6 access point to improve coverage and it made an immediate difference. Speeds are noticeably better, connections feel more stable, and devices that used to struggle farther away are holding a strong signal now. We have had this AP for over two years, and it is reliable and better than several other brands we have installed in the past. The EnGenius Cloud Application makes it easy to support the device when installed at a customer's location. I recommend this unit as a cost competitive AP

Worst. Product. Ever. Maddening trying to get it to work. Every online resource is either outdated or just plain incorrect, telling you to go to list items that don't exist. Download an app for a one time use and set up. Only to find out the app has NONE of the functionality the manufacturer says it should. Attempted to cloud sync it, and the device just shows offline. Even though I'm on the AP right now writing this review. While it discretionarily dictates what websites I can and cannot go to. With no clear block list or security settings on app, local web interface, or cloud program. No identifiable way to change or adjust what can and cannot be accessed despite literal hours of searching. If you're thinking of purchasing this item, just give $130 to charity and headbutt the wall. You'll get the same effect out of it.

I have several EnGenius Access Points that have been in place, indoors and outdoors, for ten years or more. I always use theirs for that reason. The only reason I replace them, usually, is because of wifi speed progress. This particular AP can be used with remote (cloud) management, local management, or local direct access. The nature of my installs (small to medium business networks) means I always go direct. All three types of management are in the manual. The web access is consistent. Once you get used to the EnGenius UI, you can configure any of them.

Setup didn’t take long and was easy to do. WiFi speeds are strong and stay consistent, even with all of our devices connected. Coverage is noticeably better than it was, with no random disconnects
