They work as advertised. The battery that came with it was a dud, but otherwise great product.

It's one of the best things Samsung has ever created. It's small, easy to carry, and works with good accuracy. I have one attached to my car keys with a case and another in my wallet.

I love these small "Tags". I bought them to track our luggage during travel. It is so cool to know: the bags are still on the plane...no, the bags are near the terminal...no, the bags are IN the terminal...no, the bags are on the belt...no, THERE'S MY BAGS! It's a little hard to get the battery out during "Home time", but saving the battery for thrice yearly trips works in my favor.

I put that on my camper trailer to keep track of it when it is out and about. It works but it only shows a record of a location when a Samsung Galaxy phone is in the vicinity. So lets say the tracker is in a moving vehicle in a city environments you will get a few location reports on your history. However, if you put the tracker on your dogs collar and he runs off into the woods it will not yield any results. So that is a thing you have to understand to not have any false expectations. Tracking a suitcase in a busy airport will most likely work well. Tracking a boat that drift off shore won't work. I only have it in use for a few weeks so I can't talk about battery life. So far so good. I liked that is was not on the more common apple network. People that have nefarious intent in stealing my camper might look for an apple airtag to avoid detection. I was hoping that the Samsung variant will help me to protect my camper from being hidden away.

Has helped alot

I was gifted a 1st generation of smarttag by Samsung with a phone purchase years ago and instill use it. I love that the battery is replaceable and lasts a long time. I bought this one to replace a competitor that rymes with mile....and that it definitely did not go. These are great devices especially if you use any Samsung devices already.

Love this product. I purchased 3 more after my first purchase to keep location notification of keys, car and electric scooter.

J’ai acheté ce Samsung Galaxy SmartTag2 avec son film de protection et ses câbles doublés renforcés en plastique afin de l’utiliser comme porte-clés traceur discret, et franchement c’est une excellente surprise. L’installation sur mon Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra a été ultra rapide grâce à l’interface Samsung très bien pensée : en quelques secondes le traceur était reconnu et configuré. La précision est vraiment impressionnante, quasiment au mètre près, ce qui permet de retrouver facilement ses clés ou son sac sans perdre de temps. Les notifications lorsque le traceur bouge fonctionnent parfaitement et apportent un vrai sentiment de sécurité au quotidien. Pour le prix payé en promotion, c’est clairement une tuerie niveau rapport qualité/prix. Et comme souvent avec Amazon, livraison rapide et impeccable. Merci Amazon !
