Best purchase to help with hay fever allergies, cannot recommend it enough. It feels like breathing in 4k! I suffer with constant sneezing, runny and stuffy nose whenever I go out during allergy season, this completely eradicates those symptoms. I use it at the end of each day and it feels like a reset.It’s worth noting that the first use you may not see the full effect. For me it triggered more sneezing and the water wouldn’t run out the other nostril, but as you use it daily over time it’ll flow as it should. The key to get the best out of this is to make it a daily ritual.

Having received this today I just used it for the first time. Clear instructions and easy to use. I am at the tale end of a really bad cold which I have been displaying symptoms of for just over a week and thought this may provide some relief. It worked as described with only a little of the liquid coming out of my open mouth, the majority came through the other nostril. Despite constantly blowing my nose and thick yellow mucus being in the tissue I was surprised how little was in the sink using this. It did come out but not as much as I was expecting. I will continue to use as I’ve seen others review that more came out with continued usage.For what comes in the kit it this is good value for money.

Hi. I’ve had a blocked nose for what seems like a lifetime. I’ve used many of the nasal sprays on the market with great success but my experience has been when i stop using them my nose becomes even worse and it can take some time for that to wear off. My GP doesn’t have the answer so I tried this sinus rinse. Never used this before. Used exactly per instructions the effect it’s had for me has been really good/positive. For those of you thinking on trying it but are unsure…it can take a bit of getting used to but it won’t take long. The kit does it all for you however, you must follow the instructions and if you can get to grips with salty water running through your nasal passages for a few seconds I suspect you won’t regret it. It’s not at all painful, it’s a bit like when you’re in the swimming baths and get water up your nose but not as uncomfortable as that, if that makes sense? It has been very effective and has eased my breathing considerably. Top tip if you buy this….do have whatever you blow your nose with to hand, you’ll need it.

Really good product, sturdy and easy to use. Comes with a lot of sachets and easy to understand instructions. Very effective for nasal problems.

The nozzle is not as big as on a Neilmed bottle so may not fit larger nostrils. Does not effectively plug my nostrils like the Neilmed so fluid leaks out between nostril and nozzle causing less effective flush. The angled nozzle is an advantage over the Neilmed though. Maybe they could provide an adapter for larger nostrils?

Nicely-effective tool! I was a complete novice when it came to nasal irrigation, but this was very easy to use and helped to clear my clogged-up nose. It has helped to relieve the build-up of pressure in my sinuses, and has lessened my ear pain as a result! Very pleased - will become a staple in my bathroom cabinet for future use!The equipment feels very clinical and clean - nicely presented and packaged. The click-on button to control the water stream is very helpful.

I was addicted to using a nasal spray called Otrivine, I got dependant on it. What it does is male it so much easier to breathe and clears nose ASAP. But it eventually makes you use it from every 10 hours to every 10 mins and it’s bad for your nose. This helped me get off of it and it’s natural, was scared at first but it’s easy and it works. My tip to you is to keep mouth open and calm breathing and tilt head, with the gadget/device closest to the feeling. It’s cheap for what it comes with, great value for money. And I can see that the build quality is good so will most likely last a while.

What relief! Amazing price point for the relief and comfort it gives you while you're sick or having sinus issues. I was worried about pressure or pain in using something like this with recurrent Eustachian tube dysfunction and sinus problems. Good quality, easy to clean and durable as well.
