Shining Semi Permanent Hair Colour 39 Orange Blaze – Vibrant Orange Hair Dye

I *love* this hair dye. I always turn to this as my ultimate semi-permanent dye, preferred over Manic Panic or Crazy Colour. It comes out a very bright orange (I'm using Orange Blaze), with lots of red tones (as opposed to a more yellowy-orange). There is loads in the bottle, I only need one and a half to coat all my hair, which is about three feet long(!). It smells very sweet, sort of like a fruit-flavour boiled sweet. Before using this, I had had bright blue hair, and bleaching and using a permanent orange dye could not cover it. This dye however removed any trace of previous colours, and gave stunning results in about 10 minutes. I've never used a dye which takes so quickly and covers any other lingering colour in your hair. I love it and I will always be buying this product. Typically the bright colour lasts about 3-4 weeks for me, and fades slowly. Highly recommend, especially to anyone looking for something that will cover stubborn stains from previous colouring.

I bought this product to refresh my colour (light auburn) as I wanted it to be more orange/ginger. This has a very odd texture and appearance. It's slightly translucid, like gel or clear shampoo. But it doesn't foam, and it's not moisturising at all. Anyways, it worked great, I've washed my hair once since and it's still there. You definitely want to condition your hair after. It stuck to my lighter highlights so something to be aware of but I think it looks quite cool actually. For the price its really great. I'll be repurchasing.

I was skeptical but it's good product. Usually I use permanent color (mixed red&copper ). I thought my hair are too dark for that product but I'm happy with results,looks vivid. The only issue is time,after one week my color is faded again ( I wash my hair every 2 days) and it doesn't cover the roots fully. Anyway it's good between permanent dyeing.👌

I could not love this more. SO easy to apply because it has such a great consistency, almost gel like. I did bleach a few days before because I wanted a bright colour and omg this did not disappoint! 15 mins wrapped in a foil hat (I had no cling film) then washed off, came off of skin easily and didn't stain my bath. Will definitely buy again!

This colour is insane and has the best coverage! I would use this almost like a toner and it would bright my hair so much!! It look incredible made my hair nice and soft! It doesn’t wash out so try using less shampoo. I also mixed this with conditioner and use it as a freshen up to keep my orange bright.

I absolutely love this colour. I use after my hairdresser has done blonde balayage on my naturally red hair and this covers beautifully and not as harsh on my hair as previous dyes. Also lasts longer than the in salon colour I’ve had. Sticks for about 4 weeks before becoming less vibrant. My friends often comment that my hair looks like it’s on fire when the sun hits this colour. Absolutely fab!

Do not buy!! Arrived with the seal broken which is not unusual because the seal can be flimsy however when I smelled the product it had a distinctive smell of ammonia which is highly unusual and suspect considering this product is a conditioner based dye which I have used many, many times. it seems as though this product has been spiked for reasons unknown !!!

Used this on light-medium brown hair hoping to give it a slight tint. After application, you could see a slight reddish/orange tint, but after the first wash, the colour had all but disappeared down the drain. Applied again a few weeks later and left on for a few hours and this time lasted until the second wash. I would definitely use as a colour reviver as left hair feeling in great condition, but I think with this, you really need to apply to lightened hair, or naturally fair hair. Did leave some staining on the skin and scalp and had to shampoo the scalp to clear this.

Such a great brand for beautiful vibrant colours, comparable to the staying power and ingredients list of La Riche Directions. I use this mixed with Sunrise Orange and a hint of Cajun Spice for a lovely vibrant copper/orange hair, and it fades very gracefully.

Love the brand and the colour. Have ordered 3 times now.
